Agreement

By using this website or generating an image with it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

Your artwork stays yours

You keep every right you already had in the artwork you upload. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us permission to store your artwork and to send it to our rendering provider, for the sole purpose of producing your images. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not use your artwork to train models and we do not show it to anyone else.

What you may do with the output

Images you generate are yours to use commercially, including on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon and print-on-demand listings, and in work you deliver to clients.

Images generated without an account carry a watermark and are for review only. Creating a free account removes it. The free allowance is 4 images in total, and paid plans start at $7 a month.

What we ask of you

You are responsible for what you upload. By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.

• Do not upload anything you do not have the rights to, including another party's trademarks, logos or copyrighted work.
• Do not upload illegal content, or anything sexual involving minors.
• Do not attempt to get around the free allowance, for example by scripting requests or clearing identifiers to obtain repeated free runs.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the service itself.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed [BILLING PERIOD] in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancelling stops the next renewal. [REFUND POLICY.]

We may change prices, and if we do we will tell you before the change affects you.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. Generated images are produced by an AI model, and we cannot guarantee that any particular output will be accurate, suitable for your purpose, or free of defects. Check images before you publish or print them.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [JURISDICTION].
