Who we are

Custom Mockup Generator is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data, contact admin@custommockupgenerator.com.

What we collect

We collect as little as the product can work with, and the list below is exhaustive.

• Artwork you upload. Held so it can be sent for rendering and so your result can be produced. If you are signed in, it stays with your account until you delete it.
• Images we generate for you, stored so you can download them.
• A guest identifier. If you use a free tool without an account, we set a cookie containing a random identifier. It is signed so it cannot be forged, and it exists only to count your free allowance. It is not linked to anything else and nothing in it identifies you.
• A one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the address itself. The hash lets us notice one person clearing cookies to take an unlimited number of free runs, and it cannot be reversed back into an address.
• Account details if you sign up: your email address, and authentication data needed to keep you signed in.

What we do not collect

• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, for any purpose.
• We do not store your raw IP address.
• We do not claim ownership of your artwork. It stays yours.

Who else processes it

Producing a mockup means sending your artwork to a rendering provider. These are the only third parties involved, and each handles data on our instructions:

• fal.ai, which runs the image generation. Your artwork and the generation instructions are sent to it.
• LangSmith, which stores the generation instructions and records runs so we can diagnose failures.
• Neon, which hosts our database.
• Our object storage and CDN provider, which holds uploaded and generated images and serves them to you.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists and removed when you delete it. Uploaded artwork and generated images belonging to an account are kept until you delete them or close the account.

Guest uploads and their results are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] and then deleted. The guest identifier and the address hash are kept for as long as the free allowance is enforced, which is [RETENTION PERIOD].

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email admin@custommockupgenerator.com and we will action it. You do not need an account to ask.

You can clear the guest cookie at any time in your browser. Doing so resets nothing on our side except your ability to be recognised; the free allowance is deliberately not restored, because that is the exploit it exists to prevent.

Cookies

We use cookies for two things only: keeping you signed in, and counting the free allowance for visitors without an account. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why this site does not show a consent banner.

Children

This service is not intended for children under [MINIMUM AGE], and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where we hold your email, tell you before the change takes effect.
